Why we started
Good software.
Even better support.
Software should simplify your work, not become another thing to worry about.
SoftLand Pro started in Dhaka with one observation: most software sold to madrasahs, schools and small businesses was either too complex or abandoned after delivery. Staff went back to paper registers within months.
So we built software differently — simple enough for non-technical staff, with on-site Bangla training, bKash/Nagad collection, and support that answers at night. Today our Madrasah Management, School ERP and POS products run in 480+ organizations, alongside 145+ custom websites, apps and ERP systems we built to order.
Our team of 18 engineers, designers and support staff works in-house from North Badda, Dhaka. No outsourcing, no disappearing freelancers — one team responsible from demo to lifetime support.
